Inspection and Measurement System Case Study (Achieving Reduced Inspection Time)
Through automated inspection, the inspection time has been significantly reduced from 5,400 seconds to 40 seconds! It can also reduce inspection errors and omissions.
We would like to introduce a case study of JUKI's automation implementation. The inspection measurement system "SE1000" contributes to significantly reducing inspection time and achieving quantitative inspection of defects by introducing a hybrid inspection machine with a high-speed camera and high-precision laser. Visual inspection/full-area scanning with lasers took 5,400 seconds, but after implementation, it was reduced to 40 seconds.
